The Purpose of HISA Youth Dialogue Conference 2023 in Spain
At the HISA Youth Dialogue Conference 2023, the primary objective is to foster dialogue, collaboration, and knowledge sharing among young individuals who are passionate about driving positive change. Through an array of engaging sessions, interactive workshops, and inspiring speakers.
Who can Apply
Students, Teachers, Nurses, Volunteers, Social Workers, Young Leaders, and Professionals. In short, individuals who are 18 years old and above have the ability to contribute their perspectives on governance challenges, public administration, and social entrepreneurship.

Total Number of Participants
A maximum of 55 participants will have the opportunity to travel to Spain
Fully Funded delegates
15 delegates will be selected fully funded. HISA generously covers all expenses for fully funded participants, including airfare, accommodation, meals, airport transfers, and conference access.
Partially Funded delegates
40 delegates will be selected partially funded. HISA provides coverage for partially funded participants, which includes accommodation, meals, airport transfers, and conference access expenses.

Application Fee
To ensure the submission of your application, a non-refundable application fee of $14 is required for both the Fully Funded and Partially Funded categories. Kindly complete the application form and proceed with the payment.
